We’re hosting a heartwarming evening honoring compassion, community, and the joy of second chances. We’ll showcase the work and people behind our mission, celebrate lives transformed, enjoy delicious food and lively entertainment, and come together for an uplifting night of compassion in action.

Venue Address: Cowell Ranch Historic Hay Barn, UCSC, Ranch View Rd., Santa Cruz, CA 95064
Parking: Free parking about 5-7 mins walk from the venue (the Hay Barn), follow the signage.
Get Home Safely: We want everyone to have a safe, enjoyable evening. If you plan to drink, please arrange a designated driver, rideshare, or other safe transportation.

What to Wear: We hope you'll dress to impress! The event will be hosted indoors with an outdoor patio area. Dressy and formal event attire is encouraged.
What to Bring: Please bring a valid photo ID (21+ to drink), checkbook or credit card.

Food and Beverages: Your ticket purchase includes a vegetarian dinner with an open bar featuring wine and beer.
Pet Policy: The venue unfortunately does not permit guest pets at this event, and we appreciate your understanding as we gather to support lifesaving care for animals in our community.

Arrive early to enjoy a glass of wine or beer as you browse our Silent Auction offerings and take in the sounds of live music. During the Silent Auction, you’ll also have the chance to bid on an irresistible selection of desserts, then enjoy your winning dessert with your table after dinner. The evening will feature a seated dinner, a selection of fabulous Live Auction packages, and a special Raise the Paddle moment to support our shelter’s general operations and the many life-saving programs that care for animals in need throughout the year.
